How do the media define the difference between not telling the truth and lying? Where is the Fourth Estate’s semantic “red line” in the sand of truth?

For longer than I care to remember, I’ve watched the media tiptoe around these subjects on its little cat feet, and I would like a definite answer to both questions.

It is written in Luke 6:45, “A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. For out of the abundance of the heart, his mouth speaks.” So if there were a satanic scale of all liars, where in Old Scratch’s pecking order would our president stand?

After the little that’s been done about Obamacare’s total misrepresentation and failure from the start, the misuse of the IRS’ investigative powers and the ensuing attempted cover-up by senior officials, the attempted cover-up of events leading up to, during and after Benghazi, and many more incidents, why is it so difficult for Americans and their media providers to come to grips with the fact that the president is either too clueless to hold his job, or that he and the Democrats are knowingly harming America?

If the latter, this administration is made up of nothing but common, conniving serial liars living in an elaborate house of cards of their own design.
