MILTON, Mass. (AP) - Pennsylvania authorities say a man wanted in a 1995 Massachusetts killing has agreed to be returned to the state.

A Lehigh County district attorney’s spokeswoman tells the Patriot Ledger of Quincy, Mass., (https://bit.ly/1nBYGBL) that 48-year-old Joslyn Bailey will remain in a county prison while Massachusetts officials arrange to return him. He was arrested in Allentown earlier this month.

Bailey is wanted in Boston on murder and firearms charges in the killing of 23-year-old Rolando Coxon, whose plastic-wrapped body was found on a roadside behind the Milton town hall on Christmas Day, 1995.

Police said Coxon was a Jamaican immigrant and father of four who was fatally shot in Bailey’s Boston apartment.

Pennsylvania troopers said Bailey gave them a fake name and had $25,000 in the car when he was stopped for a traffic violation on Interstate 78.
