CRANDON, Wis. (AP) - Four adults are charged with beating a man who was found in the woods near Crandon.

Court documents say Justin Bey, Raymond Jones, April Jones and Samantha McClellan left the man for dead in the woods for wolves to eat.

Prosecutors say one of the suspects met the 40-year-old victim a couple weeks ago on a dating website.

Authorities say the adult suspects beat the victim because they believed he touched a child inappropriately.

Forest County District Attorney Charles Simono says there are no plans to charge the victim.

A group of ATV riders found the man in the woods last week. He has multiple fractures and severe frostbite.

Defense attorneys didn’t comment to WLUK-TV (https://bit.ly/1dr8Qvc ) Wednesday.

Two juveniles were also charged. Simono wouldn’t give any details of those charges.
