TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (AP) - Deputies say the death of a woman whose body was found at the bottom of a swimming pool has been ruled a homicide.

Samira Frasch’s body was found by a pool maintenance worker on Feb. 22 at her upscale suburban Tallahassee home. She had filed for divorce in September from her husband, Adam Frasch, a doctor. He is being held in the Leon County Jail on a charge of interfering with child custody.

No charges have been filed in Samira Frasch’s death.

The Leon County Sheriff’s Office said Wednesday that it is not releasing how Frasch was killed in order to protect the investigation.

Law enforcement officials have talked to 130 people as part of the investigation.
