* IMPACTS…LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL CAUSE ROADWAYS TO BE SNOW

PACKED. WINDS BETWEEN 15 AND 20 MPH WILL RESULT IN DANGEROUSLY COLD

WIND CHILL VALUES OVERNIGHT…WITH VALUES BOTTOMING OUT BETWEEN 15
