OSAGE, Iowa (AP) - A trial has been scheduled for a 22-year-old Osage man charged with vehicular homicide in northern Iowa.

The Mason City Globe Gazette says (https://bit.ly/1d2TphR ) Tylor Patrick’s trial is set for May 14 in Mitchell County District Court. Patrick has pleaded not guilty.

Prosecutors say Patrick was driving on Hickory Avenue north of Iowa Highway 9 on Sept. 20 when he lost control of the vehicle. It rolled several times. The Iowa State Patrol says a passenger, 22-year-old Jesse Wilson, of Charles City, was killed.
