SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - An inmate who failed to return to the minimum-security unit of the State Penitentiary in Sioux Falls late last week is back in custody.
South Dakota Corrections officials say Phillip His Law failed to return from his work release job on Friday. Police apprehended him on Wednesday morning.
