JASPER, Ind. (AP) - Criminal charges have been dismissed against two southern Indiana nursing home administrators accused of failing to investigate a patient’s abuse.

Dubois County Prosecutor Kevin Crouse filed motions to dismiss misdemeanor charges of failure to report victimization of an endangered adult against Katrina L. Patterson and Sheryl A. Rockett. The Evansville Courier & Press reports (https://bit.ly/1pDm9OB ) that a judge has granted those motions.
