COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - The Ohio Department of Natural Resources has removed pornographic video files it discovered on a state online file-sharing site open to the public.

Agency spokeswoman Eileen Corson says the three files were placed on the site by someone looking for storage space. The videos were placed on the site Friday and removed that day.

Corson said Tuesday that the file-sharing site is used by the Department of Natural Resources to receive or provide large files such as maps and PowerPoint that can’t be emailed. She says the file-sharing site was difficult to find and was outside the agency’s firewall.

Corson says outside users now will be required to sign into the site.
