SUN CITY, Ariz. (AP) - Authorities say a former member of the Maricopa County sheriff’s posse in Sun City has been arrested after a computer repair technician found child pornography on the man’s computer.

The Sheriff’s Office says the technician found the images on a desktop computer on Monday and that additional images were found on a laptop when detectives searched 73-year-old Roger Byg’s home in Sun City on Thursday.

According to the Sheriff’s Office, Byg resigned from the posse last year.

He was arrested Thursday and now faces 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.

It’s not known if he has a lawyer.
