WINSTON, Ga. (AP) - Douglas County police shot one burglary suspect in the arm and were searching for a second suspect after two separate chases.
Police said Friday they were pursuing two stolen vehicles on Interstate 20 when both chases ended in crashes.
One crash happened near Georgia Highway 5, while the second occurred near Post Road.

Police said the suspects who crashed near Post Road fired at police. Police shot back, wounding one suspect in the arm. The suspect, whose name was not released, received medical treatment and was expected to live.
One of the suspects who crashed near Highway 5 was still on the loose early Friday evening.
