OMAHA, Neb. (AP) - A man has been given prison time for sexually assaulting a woman outside her fitness class in Omaha last year.

Douglas County District Judge Joseph Troia sentenced 25-year-old Glenn Nickerson to four to five years in prison for a false imprisonment charge in connection to the June 17 incident outside a Jazzercise class.

Nickerson was also sentenced to two to four years in prison on convictions of assaulting two correctional officers at the Douglas County Jail.

The woman told police she encountered a man who appeared to be touching himself as she left her fitness class. She said the man grabbed her by the shoulders as she walked to her car.
