VICKSBURG, Miss. (AP) - A bail hearing is scheduled Thursday for three people who are alleged to have shot an elderly couple during a home invasion on Jan. 14.

The Vicksburg Post reports (https://bit.ly/1lEBjRq ) Rodriguez Lenez Lyons, Tierre Jante Hill and Kenjarvis Deantae Thomas will appear before Warren County Circuit Judge Isadore Patrick.

The three men have been held without bail since Jan. 17 when they were each charged with two counts of attempted murder, two counts of armed robbery and burglary.

The three were indicted earlier this month. Patrick has set separate trials for the men for Aug. 25.

Authorities say a 78-year-old man and his 74-year-old wife were shot during a home invasion Jan. 14 in south Warren County.
