Prosecutors believe 25-year-old Robert Springer of Sewell was behind the wheel of the Chevrolet Malibu.

Springer is charged with murder, unlawful possession of a handgun for an unlawful purpose, tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution. He’s held on $500,000 bail.

His twin sister, Jessica, is held on $10,000 bail, charged with tampering with evidence and hindering.

It’s not known if the twins have lawyers.
