OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - Attorney General Scott Pruitt has filed Medicaid fraud charges against two operators of Central Oklahoma Behavioral Health Services, LLC.

Pruitt said Friday that 50-year-old John Michael Doneti and 39-year-old Angelique Marie Williamson are charged Wednesday with five counts of Medicaid fraud and a number of other charges.

Both have pleaded not guilty.

Pruitt says Doneti claimed he worked more than 24 hours in one day and billed for claims under another employee’s identity. Williamson allegedly dispensed more than $289,000 of fraudulently gained money to herself and Doneti.

Doneti faces up to 50 years in prison and fines of more than $1.5 million. Williamson faces up to 33 years in prison and fines of more than $339,000.

A preliminary hearing in the case is set for June 24.
