CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (AP) - Police say a Cedar Rapids bank has been robbed twice within a two-week period.

Authorities responded Thursday afternoon to an armed robbery at a Guaranty Bank branch on the city’s east side. A suspect entered the bank, showed a handgun and demanded cash.

The suspect left the bank on foot and no arrests have been made. No injuries were reported.



Waterloo television station KWWL reports (https://bit.ly/1jxTV4g ) the same bank was robbed May 16. No arrests have been made in that case.
