TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - The president of a Tucson school PTA is accused of snapping a photo of a teenage girl in a store fitting room.

The Arizona Daily Star reported (https://bit.ly/1kA5nx3) Sunday that 31-year-old Aaron Lee Garibay is facing a felony charge of voyeurism.

Tucson police say Garibay was arrested and booked into Pima County jail April 24.

Police spokesman Pete Dugan says surveillance video shows Garibay went into the dressing room of a thrift store but wasn’t carrying any clothing.

The 17-year-old victim says she spotted someone in an adjoining fitting room holding a cellphone over the wall to take a picture.

Garibay heads the PTA at Steele Elementary School.

A Tucson Unified School District spokeswoman says the incident appears unrelated to the school but is investigating.
