HONOLULU (AP) - A 24-year-old Kapolei man has been indicted by an Oahu grand jury on an attempted murder count.
The Honolulu Star-Advertiser (https://bit.ly/1qmAFjo) reports Matthew K. Chung also was indicted on two gun counts.
Police say Chung at about 4 p.m. April 26 fired shots that injured 23-year-old Shylo Quemado-Moniz in the chest and arms.
Quemado-Moniz was taken to a hospital in serious condition.
Police arrested Chung late April 26. He was released a few days later.
