- Muskegon VA Outpatient Clinic: 0.06 percent
- Yale VA Outpatient Clinic: 0.09 percent
- Pontiac VA Outpatient Clinic: 0.15 percent
- Benton Harbor VA Outpatient Clinic: 0.17 percent
HIGHEST PERCENTAGE OF CARE DELAYED
- Grand Rapids VA Outpatient Clinic/Wyoming Health Care Center: 3.86 percent
- Marquette Clinic: 3.63 percent
- VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System: 3.39 percent
- Battle Creek VA Medical Center: 2.44 percent
- Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center, Iron Mountain: 2.44 percent
