OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - A former federal prosecutor for the Northern District of Oklahoma is starting a new job this week in Attorney General Scott Pruitt’s office.
Pruitt’s office says Trent Shores will serve as a first assistant attorney general in the office.
As a prosecutor in the northern district, Shores was the tribal liaison and anti-human trafficking coordinator.
Shores earned his law degree from the University of Oklahoma. He’s a faculty member of the National Judicial College and a citizen of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
