WASHINGTON (AP) - Restaurant week in the Washington area is being extended.
Metropolitan Washington Restaurant Week was initially supposed to run from Jan. 25 through Sunday, but some restaurants decided to extend the biannual promotion. Some restaurants are extending the meal deals through Wednesday while others will go through Feb. 7.
Restaurants participating in the promotion were offering multi-course meals priced $22 for lunch and $35 for dinner. Not all restaurants are extending the promotion.
