While political junkies will be glued to their TVs at 11 a.m. on Friday for Donald Trump’s official announcement of his vice-presidential pick, ice cream aficionados’ eyes will turn to Texas.

“Grab your partner here we go. Blue Bell Ice Cream is about to release a brand new flavor, did you know?” the Lone Star state’s famous ice cream maker announced via Facebook on Monday.

“Our newest creation is a combination of ingredients from two of our top-selling ice cream flavors,” the company teased in a Wednesday Facebook post. “Find out all the sweet details this Friday when we reveal the new flavor and release it to stores that same day.”

According to its website, Blue Bell currently sells 19 different flavors in half-gallon portions and 13 in pint-sized portions.

The company is slowly rebounding after a 2015 listeria outbreak attributed to three deaths in Kansas forced plant closures and nearly threatened the breakup of the company. It was saved by an infusion of cash from Texas billionaire Sid Bass.
