Let’s be clear about presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s obvious dodges on releasing transcripts of her speeches to Wall Street bankers. First she said she would release them when the other candidates did so. Well, it’s for darn sure that Bernie Sanders didn’t give any such speeches, and Republican contender Donald Trump doesn’t need to do it. Mrs. Clinton is the only candidate who has given speeches to Wall Street bankers.

Second, if Mrs. Clinton had given speeches critical of banker activities, she and her media stooges would be waving the transcripts in Mr. Trump’s face. And last but most importantly, nobody is going to pay more than $200,000 to hear a speech tell them what bad people they are. Sure, Mrs. Clinton could have done that once, but she would never have been invited back. And if there’s one thing we know about the Clintons, it’s that nothing stands between them and cash.
