Another suspect sentenced in fatal beating outside Fargo bar

FARGO, N.D. (AP) - Another of the suspects in a fatal beating outside of a Fargo bar last year has been sentenced to 20 years in prison.

Jessy Olson pleaded guilty in March to being an accomplice to murder and to aggravated assault. He was sentenced Monday.

Olson was one of four people charged in the May 2015 death of 35-year-old Joey Gaarsland. All have pleaded guilty, and Olson is the second to be sentenced.
