SPRINGFIELD, Ohio (AP) - Police say a 16-year-old boy has been charged as a juvenile with a count of murder in the death of his 14-year-old boy in their western Ohio home.

Springhill Police Capt. Mike Hill says the 16-year-old brother also is charged as a juvenile with tampering with evidence.

Hill says the victim was found dead Monday morning in the home he shared with his brother.

The captain said police were not releasing details of the investigation, including the cause of death or a motive.

Police say the suspect was being held in the Clark County Juvenile Detention Center in Springfield.

Calls to the police seeking additional information weren’t immediately returned Tuesday.
