CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (AP) - A former warehouse manager for The Swiss Colony catalog company has been imprisoned for stealing from his employer.

The Dubuque Telegraph Herald reports (https://bit.ly/2ezI3V5 ) that Chad Saeugling, of Asbury, was sentenced Tuesday in U.S. District Court in Cedar Rapids to 6 ½ years in prison. He also was ordered to pay more than $423,000 in restitution. He’d pleaded guilty to one count of mail fraud and two counts of making a false statement to a financial institution.

Sauegling has acknowledged in court that he stole merchandise from the warehouse in Peosta and sold it online from at least 2009 through August 2014.
