NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) - Police say they’re looking for four suspects who beat, stripped, and kidnapped a man in New Haven.

WVIT-TV reports (https://bit.ly/2dFS5q7 ) police say they found the 23-year-old at an unoccupied home early Sunday wearing a bloody T-shirt, underpants and socks.

Police say his wrists and ankles had torn pieces of duct tape on them. His head had cuts and his eyes were swollen shut.

The man told police he was in a car with friends when someone opened the door and pulled him out. He says he was beaten unconsciousness and awoke to someone pointing a gun at him.

Police say the attackers bound him, drove him around, released him and then assaulted him again.

Police say they believe the man was targeted.

The man has been released from a hospital.
