TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) - The Latest on the closure of the University of Arizona student union because of a reported gas leak (all times local):

9:05 a.m.

The University of Arizona student union is reopening after being closed for more than an hour Friday morning due to a reported gas leak.

Campus police said in a Twitter posting that the Memorial Center will have limited food service, with no hot food.

The campus bookstore remains open. It’s adjacent to the Memorial Center.

8:20 a.m.

The University of Arizona student union is closed and has been evacuated due to a reported gas leak.

Police and firefighters responded to the Memorial Center Friday morning, and police Sgt. Filbert Barrera says Southwest Gas crews are on the scene on the campus in Tucson.

The campus bookstore remains open. It’s adjacent to the Memorial Center.
