BRODHEADSVILLE, Pa. (AP) - Authorities say two people have been killed in a crash involving a motorcycle and a car in eastern Pennsylvania.

Officials in Monroe County say a motorcyclist cresting a hill on Toll Road in Chestnuthill Township ran into the rear of a car that had stopped for a school bus.

The county coroner’s office said one person died at the scene of the Wednesday afternoon crash. The other was pronounced dead at Pocono Medical Center.

Authorities said it appears that both victims were riding on the motorcycle. Their names and other details haven’t been released. No other injuries were immediately reported.
