KEARNS, Utah (AP) - Police are asking for the public’s help in the search for a man who allegedly fired a gunshot at his mother during an argument at a residence on the southwest side of Salt Lake City.

Unified Police Lt. Brian Lohrke says 24-year-old Skyler Brady should be considered armed and dangerous.

He fled the scene in a Green 2000 Chevrolet Impala with his 23-year-old friend Zach Cappo after Brady allegedly fired a single round at his mother in Kearns at about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Lohrke says the gunshot missed the woman and hit a television set.

Anyone with information should call the Unified Police Department in Salt Lake City at 801-743-7000.
