WARREN, Mass. (AP) - State police say an Agawam man was struck and killed by a tractor trailer on Interstate 90 in the town of Warren.

Police say the 38-year-old man was hit in the right travel lane on the eastbound side just before 11 a.m. Thursday. His car had been parked in the breakdown lane at the time.

Police say the driver, a Syracuse, New York man, remained on the scene and is cooperating with the investigation.

No charges have been filed as of Thursday.
