NEW BRUNSWICK, N.J. (AP) - Police say a man found dead in a movie theater’s parking lot has been identified as someone wanted in the killing of his wife.
NJ.com reports (https://bit.ly/2eTlZW2 ) the body of 39-year-old Steve Franklin of Jersey City was discovered at the AMC Loews off Route 1 Sunday afternoon.
Authorities had issued an arrest warrant for Franklin on Friday, charging him with the murder of his wife a day earlier in their Jersey City home.
Police responding to a domestic dispute report found 38-year-old Sineka Davis unresponsive with a gunshot wound to her chest inside the home.
Police say a preliminary investigation suggests Franklin took his own life, but autopsy results are pending.
