PHOENIX (AP) - Police in Phoenix say they’re searching for two men considered suspects in a fatal shooting last month.

They say 19-year-old Derrick Donell Goode Jr. and 21-year-old Robert Rondale Walls are wanted for questioning in the Sept. 29 shooting at an apartment complex.

Police say 31-year-old Adam James suffered a gunshot wound and was taken to a hospital and later died of his injuries.

Officers say James’ vehicle was located and searched and they found a quantity of illegal drugs.

Witnesses also directed officers to a nearby apartment complex where they believed the suspects fled after the shooting. Nobody was there, however.

During the investigation, police detectives developed probable cause and identified Goode and Walls as the suspects in the case.
