LEVITTOWN, Pa. (AP) - A suburban Philadelphia woman has been spared prison time following a plea in a botched pizza shop robbery last fall that left one suspect dead and another in a wheelchair.
The Bucks County Courier Times (https://bit.ly/2onGBOm ) reports that 26-year-old Chasidy Ramos pleaded guilty Friday in Bucks County to conspiracy and robbery.
Ramos was accused of going with another woman to scope out Porfirio’s Pizza and Pasta II before the Nov. 15 robbery. She apologized in court, saying “There’s a lot of mistakes that I’ve done. … “I want to do better.”
Fifty-two-year-old Robin Soto, is expected in court Thursday.
Prosecutors said 22-year-old Justin Rose and 24-year-old Shawn Rose were armed with pellet guns when they demanded cash. A customer pulled out his own firearm and shot, killing Shawn Rose.
