Angie Nixon, in a not-so-surprising move, given what President Trump has quite rightly referred to as the “creep” factor of competitor Alex Vindman, pulled out a win in the Democrat primary for Florida’s Senate race. She won against the “treasonous creep,” as Trump called Vindman, by more than 12 points. But she won’t beat the incumbent, Republican Sen. Ashley Moody, in November.

Still, it’ll be a fun show.

It’s always entertaining to watch the socialists who are running as Democrats but who are really Marxists and communists as they scream in the streets about equity and racism and oink, oink, capitalists. On the street-screaming front, Nixon already has her certificate of completion.

Three months ago, she marched up and down the aisle at Florida’s State Capitol, where she was serving as a state representative, screaming through a bullhorn, colored hot pink to match her marching outfit, about the Constitution, and something that was unconstitutional, and so and so Constitution, “You are something something the Constitution.”

It was a fascinating lesson in leftist politicking because it shows just how willing Democrats are to reveal their inner psychoses if it means even one camera can capture their performance. It was also a clear indication of just how capable conservatives have become at ignoring their lunatic colleagues across the aisle, because even as Nixon ratcheted up her antics, and her sound levels, the votes went forth; the tallies went on; the legislative business at hand continued.

Just goes to show. The two main parties define success and achievement very differently. Republicans define it as, well, successfully achieving something that they were tasked to achieve. Democrats define it as bringing two bullhorns next time.

Welcome to the race to November!

“Who is Angie Nixon, what does Florida US Senate candidate stand for?” The Tallahassee Democrat asked in a post-primary headline.

Well, that’s easy.

Everything that America doesn’t stand for — right? Free, free, free, and oh yes, don’t forget, free. Of course, “free” is the lie. Tax-paid is the truth. And a broken economy is the outcome. It is the socialist way.

Her website says she is running for Senate “because too many families are working harder than ever and still falling behind — while corrupt billionaires and greedy corporations rig the system in their favor.”

Socialists are nothing if consistent. These are the same talking points all the other Democratic Socialists of America, Marxist-Leninist, Communist Party USA, anti-capitalist Democrats have been saying for a long time — especially loudly and particularly proudly since Barack Obama’s presidential days.

“You didn’t build that,” then-President Obama said.

“Fat cat bankers,” Obama also said.

That’s Nixon in a nutshell. Toss in the Medicare for All, the free childcare, the free education, the rent control and free housing, the free transportation and all the other free-not-free goodies the leftists who still call themselves Democrats love to promise, and truly, Nixon is just another classic communist-in-making. With a pink bullhorn. But here’s where she gets even more interesting: “I don’t understand like — there’s no sexualization at a drag show. It’s just people dressing up and singing and performing. I’ve taken my children to drag shows, and it’s fun. It’s entertainment. It’s wholesome entertainment,” she said, in the lead-up to her Senate primary.

Like a gather-round-the-TV-set for a night of “Little House on the Prairie” reruns kind of “wholesome” fun.

Can’t wait to see what she brings on the campaign trail with her. With views like that, Nixon could very well take to the campaign stage against a backdrop of dancing strippers. It’ll be “fun.”

So, too, her campaign slogan to voters: “Make sure you wear your pink to the polls.”

Democrats, thy depth of intellect is endless.

It doesn’t get any more entertaining than that.
