RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) - Police in North Carolina’s capital city are charging two people with killing a man earlier this week.

Raleigh police spokeswoman Laura Hourigan said in a news release that officers have arrested 19-year-old Jamal Donte Thomas and charged him with murder.

Detectives are looking for 21-year-old Saabirah Claratha Critten on a murder charge.

Police say 26-six-year-old Raphael Deshawn Harris was shot Tuesday night. He was taken to WakeMed hospital where he died.

Thomas is being held in the Wake County jail. It was not known if he has an attorney.
