PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police say a woman was killed in an early morning shooting in northeastern Pennsylvania.

Authorities said the 24-year-old woman was shot twice shortly before 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the Kensington section of the city.

She was rushed to Temple University Hospital but pronounced dead about a half-hour later. Her name wasn’t immediately released.

Police said a small-caliber revolver was found at the scene. No arrests have been reported.
