PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Police say two men were found shot to death on Philadelphia streets and three other men were wounded in a triple shooting in the city.

A police spokesman said a 27-year-old man was found on a southwest Philadelphia sidewalk “bleeding profusely from his back” shortly after 2 a.m. Monday. He died at the scene.

Another 34-year-old man was found shot in the head on a street in the Kensington neighborhood northeast of the city center at about 5:45 a.m. Monday. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Three men heading to a sandwich store in Hunting Park just after 1 a.m. Monday were shot in the legs or feet.

At least 15 other shootings during the Easter weekend killed two other people and injured at least a dozen others.
