KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) - Two men are accused in the shooting death of a man during a robbery attempt outside a gas station in Kansas City, Missouri.

Jackson County prosecutors have charged 42-year-old Michael Sewell and 28-year-old Dionandre Ganter with second-degree murder, attempted robbery and two counts of armed criminal action.

Court records allege that Sewell and Ganter tried to take a gun from 32-year-old Dorron Blackmon on March 11 as he sat in a vehicle, then fatally shot him.

Online court records don’t show whether Sewell or Ganter have attorneys.
