PITTSBURGH (AP) - Workers will start removing more than 30 Civil War-era cannonballs from a construction site in Pittsburgh.

An ordnance removal contractor from Maryland on Tuesday will start clearing the site near Allegheny Arsenal and across from Arsenal Middle School. City officials say the process could take about five days.

A construction crew developing the site discovered the cannonballs.
