DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - Authorities have arrested and charged a 16-year-old boy with murder in the slaying of a Des Moines man.
Des Moines police said in a news release Wednesday that the boy also is charged with robbery and attempted murder in the shooting death of 20-year-old Augustin Nouh and the wounding of 18-year-old Nelson Atary on Feb. 7.
The Associated Press generally doesn’t name juveniles charged with crimes.
