A new Fox News poll gives the administration mixed reviews.

President Trump’s numbers stand well below average for a first-term president at 45 percent, a 3-point drop from when he first took office.

Less than half of people polled say Mr. Trump is keeping his campaign promises or bringing real change to Washington, and 51 percent say they are “discouraged” about the next four years.

But on the issues, the administration sees some improvement.

Sixty-seven percent approve of Mr. Trump using airstrikes in Syria and 52 percent feel the nation’s job situation is improving — the first time in over 10 years that over half feel that way. Forty-five percent say they are happy with the way things are going, the highest since 2012.
