NEWARK, N.J. (AP) - Three men are accused of gunning down another in a Newark parking lot.
Authorities say 23-year-old William Porter was shot as he left a bar on Mulberry Street last Friday.
Prosecutors have charged 40-year-old Naim Jones of Newark, 30-year-old Rashan Jackson and 37-year-old Hakeem Maloney, both of Irvington, with murder and other counts.
The three are held in the Essex County jail pending a court appearance.
