MARIETTA, Ga. (AP) - The husband of a 66-year-old woman who was found dead in her Marietta home has turned himself in.
Cobb County Police Sgt. Dana Pierce tells local media that 64-year-old Donny Eaton turned himself in Tuesday evening, and faces charges of aggravated assault and murder in connection to his wife’s death.
Pierce says Roxanne Eaton was found dead earlier Tuesday during a welfare check.
The Cobb County Medical Examiner’s Office hasn’t confirmed Roxanee Eaton’s manner and cause of death. However, Pierce says foul play is suspected.
It’s unclear if Donny Eaton has an attorney.
