NEW YORK (AP) - Police in New York City are searching for two people who they say were involved in a fatal stabbing following an argument about a parking space.

Authorities say the attack happened around 11:30 p.m. Sunday in the Bergen Beach section of Brooklyn. Police say four people were arguing over a parking space when two men were stabbed. According to police, the victims were brothers.

Police say 23-year-old Omari Dahan, of Brooklyn, was stabbed in the chest and later died at Beth Israel Hospital. Authorities say the victim’s 29-year-old brother was treated for a stab wound to his arm and is expected to recover.

Investigators say the two suspects fled the scene in a gray Volkswagen Jetta. An investigation is continuing.
