CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - A 58-year-old man has pleaded guilty in a Wyoming court to second-degree murder in the June death of a woman in Cheyenne.
Emigdio O. Lara Sr. entered the plea Thursday in Laramie County District Court.
The body of 21-year-old Victoria Juarez was found in the basement of the south Cheyenne restaurant on June 26.
Lara had been living in that basement during that time.
Judge Catherine Rogers ordered a presentence investigation.
