CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - A man accused in a deadly shooting at a New Jersey motel following a party brawl has been indicted on murder charges.
Camden County prosecutors say 22-year-old Kevin Fentress also faces two counts of aggravated assault and two weapons charges in the indictment handed by a county grand jury.
The charges against the Burlington City man stem from a February 2016 shooting in Cherry Hill that left a 17-year-old Camden boy dead and a 20-year-old Willingboro man wounded.
Authorities say the pair were shot in a car shortly after a fight broke out during a party being held in one of the motel rooms. A woman in the car was also injured when she was struck by shattered glass.
It wasn’t known Saturday if Fentress has retained an attorney.
