MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) - Police in New Hampshire are searching for a suspect who they say shot a 17-year-old boy in the face near a city park.

According to police, the shooting happened near a park in Manchester around midnight Sunday. It doesn’t appear to be random.

Police say a 17-year-old boy was shot in the face while sitting on a bench. He has been released from a hospital after being treated for a non-life-threatening gunshot wound.

No arrests have been made. Police say they have seized a vehicle as part of the investigation.
