SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (AP) - Authorities have identified a man struck and killed by a train earlier this week in South Carolina.
Dorchester County Coroner Paul Brouthers told local media outlets that 60-year-old Fred Noble of Summerville died Sunday when he was struck by a freight train in his hometown.
Sheriff’s Maj. Tony Phinney said the circumstances of Noble’s death are still under investigation.
