PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Police say a pedestrian has been struck and killed by a vehicle in northeast Portland.
Sgt. Pete Simpson says North Precinct officers responded at 7:18 a.m. Wednesday, and found members of the public performing CPR on the woman who died at the scene.
The driver stopped and answered questions from police.
